If a winner chooses to send a photo, they agree that we may display it, together with their first name and award screenshot, on our website, social media and advertisements.

Before publishing, we hide or remove UPI IDs, phone numbers, bank details and other payment information from award screenshots.

Winners can ask us to remove their photo at any time by emailing successsecretswithalex@gmail.com. We will remove it from our website and stop using it in new materials within a reasonable time.

You may manage certain cookies through your browser settings.

Disabling some technologies may affect website features or measurement accuracy.

Where advertising consent is required, we will respect the applicable consent choices.

10. Who We Share Information With

We may share limited information with service providers where needed to operate our business and deliver the Challenge.

11. International Data Transfers

Some service providers may process or store personal information outside India.

Where international processing occurs, we will follow the restrictions and safeguards required under applicable Indian law.

The countries involved may depend on the service provider, its infrastructure and the settings used for our account.

For questions about relevant processing locations, please contact us.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure and loss.

These may include:

  • Access controls.
  • Password-protected accounts.
  • Restricted staff permissions.
  • Secure payment processing through authorized providers.
  • Administrative and operational security procedures.
  • Security monitoring and corrective measures where appropriate.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can guarantee complete security.

If a personal data breach occurs, we will assess the incident and provide notifications to affected individuals or authorities where required by applicable law.

13. How Long We Keep Information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Retention may depend on the type of information.

For example:

  • Registration data: For service delivery, support and necessary business records.
  • Payment and invoice records: For applicable accounting, tax and legal requirements.
  • Mini-project submissions: For learning administration and award evaluation, and for up to 12 months after the batch ends.
  • Winner photos and testimonials: Until you ask us to remove them, or until we no longer use them.
  • Customer support records: For resolving questions and disputes.
  • Marketing information: Until consent is withdrawn, the information is no longer needed, or another applicable retention rule requires action.
  • Technical logs: For security, troubleshooting and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

We will delete, anonymize or securely dispose of information when its retention is no longer necessary and no applicable lawful requirement justifies keeping it.

We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Some requests may be subject to lawful exceptions, such as necessary legal or financial recordkeeping.

15. Marketing Preferences and Opting Out

We may contact participants about the Challenge, related training opportunities or future educational programs, where permitted.

You can stop optional marketing communications by:

  • Clicking the unsubscribe link in a promotional email.
  • Following an available opt-out instruction.
  • Contacting our support or privacy contact.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily stop important messages concerning a service you purchased, such as payment confirmations, schedule changes or customer support replies.

We will not treat acceptance of optional promotional messages as a condition for buying the ₹97 Challenge.

16. Children's Privacy

Our educational content may be of interest to younger learners.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may register only with the approval of your parent or legal guardian. We may ask for confirmation of this approval.

We will apply relevant protections for children's personal information when the applicable legal requirements are in force.

We do not knowingly use children's personal information for prohibited tracking, behavioral monitoring or targeted advertising.

If we discover that personal information has been collected from a child without required authorization, we will take appropriate steps under applicable law.

Parents or legal guardians may contact us regarding a child's information.

17. Third-Party Websites and AI Tools

The Challenge may introduce participants to third-party websites, AI applications and automation services.

These services may have their own privacy policies and data-handling practices.

Before using third-party tools, participants should review the relevant terms and privacy information.

Participants should avoid entering passwords, confidential customer records, financial credentials or other sensitive information into AI tools without appropriate authorization and safeguards.

We are not responsible for independent data-processing practices of third-party services outside our control.

18. Testimonials, Photographs and Promotional Content

From time to time, we may request permission to feature student feedback, project examples, photographs or success stories in our marketing materials.

When we request a testimonial, photo, project example or success story, we will explain where and how it will be used at the time we ask. Sharing it is always optional. Where you choose to send it after this explanation, you agree to that specific use.

We will not assume that participation in the Challenge provides unrestricted permission to publish personal information.

Where a testimonial is published, we aim to present it accurately and without misleading claims.

Requests concerning promotional use of personal information can be sent to our privacy contact.

You can withdraw your permission at any time by contacting us. We will remove the content from our website and stop using it in new materials within a reasonable time.

19. Automated Processing and Advertising Measurement

Some website tools may automatically process information to measure registrations, purchases, campaign performance and user interactions.

For example, advertising platforms may use supported event data to attribute a completed purchase to an advertisement.

We do not use automated processing as a substitute for evaluating the actual performance of Challenge participants.

Where an automated processing activity requires extra notice, consent or another safeguard under applicable law, we will provide it.

20. Legal Disclosures

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary and permitted or required by law, including:

  • Responding to valid legal requests.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, business practices or legal obligations change.

The updated version will be published on our website with a revised effective date.

Where a material change requires notice or fresh consent under applicable law, we will take the required steps.

We encourage visitors and participants to review this policy periodically.
