Welcome to the Make Money with AI Challenge.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") explain the rules, rights and responsibilities associated with purchasing, accessing and participating in our online training program.
Please read these Terms carefully before completing your registration.
By registering for the Challenge, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have reviewed the Challenge details, pricing and applicable policies.
The Make Money with AI Challenge ("Challenge") is offered under the brand Success Secrets with Alex and operated by Xpertology Eduventures LLP ("Company", "we", "us" or "our").

Our services are primarily intended for people located in India.
The Make Money with AI Challenge is a five-day online educational training program introducing you to practical artificial intelligence skills and potential career and income opportunities.
The Challenge covers topics such as:
The Challenge includes five scheduled live training sessions and four practical mini-project activities.
The Challenge is an introductory learning experience. It is not a degree, university qualification, accredited certification program, employment placement service or guaranteed income opportunity.
The registration fee is ₹97 (Indian Rupees Ninety-Seven Only) per person for the complete five-day Challenge.
This amount includes all applicable taxes and charges.
The payment is a one-time registration fee and does not automatically enroll you into any recurring subscription.
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay.
Your registration is confirmed only after successful payment authorization and confirmation.
If a payment is unsuccessful, registration will not be considered complete unless the payment is later verified.
If an amount is debited without successful registration, please contact our support team with the transaction details.
The Challenge is conducted online, ordinarily from Monday to Friday.
Daily Start Time: 8:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST).
Each session is expected to last approximately 60 to 90 minutes, though the actual duration may vary according to the training content.
You may need extra time to complete your mini-projects.
Exact batch dates and access instructions will be provided after registration.
We may make reasonable adjustments to the schedule, instructors, training platform or session structure when necessary.
If a material schedule change occurs, affected people will receive updated information through their registered contact details or official communication channels.
The Challenge is conducted LIVE. Recordings are not provided.
You are responsible for attending the scheduled sessions on time.
Missing a session does not create an entitlement to a refund, replacement session or recording, except where a remedy is required under applicable law or expressly provided under Section 14.
Please arrange your schedule accordingly before registering.
We encourage you to attend all five sessions and actively take part in the learning activities.
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information.
If you are under 18 years of age, you may register only with the approval of your parent or legal guardian. We may ask for confirmation of this approval.
You are responsible for having:
Some third-party tools may impose usage limits, account restrictions or separate charges.
Any required paid tools or extra expenses will be disclosed before you are expected to incur those costs.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party tools or platforms.
The Challenge includes four practical mini-project activities covering:
You are encouraged to complete these activities according to the instructions provided.
Mini-project submissions may be used to assess participation, learning progress and eligibility for the Best Performer Award.
Tool availability, skill levels, device limitations and technical difficulties may affect individual project outcomes.
Completion of a mini-project does not guarantee commercial readiness, professional competence or financial earnings.
After successful registration, you will receive instructions to join an official Challenge WhatsApp group.
The group is used to communicate:
You are responsible for joining the correct official group and checking relevant announcements.
Joining a WhatsApp group may make certain profile information, including your phone number, visible to other group members according to WhatsApp's features and privacy settings.
You may not misuse, collect, publish or commercially exploit other members' personal information.
The Company may moderate groups and remove people who violate group rules.
We expect you to behave respectfully and professionally.
The following activities are prohibited:
The Company may issue warnings, restrict group access or remove people for serious or repeated violations.
Any removal decision will be proportionate to the circumstances and subject to applicable consumer rights.
A minimum of one (1) person per batch will be selected as a Best Performer and will receive a ₹1,000 cash award.
If more than one person demonstrates equally strong performance and meets the Company's top-performance standard, the Company may select more than one Best Performer. Each person selected as a Best Performer will receive ₹1,000.
This is a skill- and participation-based award. It is not a lottery, lucky draw or random prize.
Selection will be based on factors including:
The full selection criteria and submission requirements will be shared during Day 1 of the Challenge.
Announcement: The Best Performer winner or winners will be announced in the official WhatsApp group within 7 days after the final session.
Payment: Each ₹1,000 award will be paid by UPI within 14 days after the final session, subject to reasonable identity and payment verification.
Copied or plagiarized work, serious rule violations, fraudulent submissions or multiple registrations by the same person may result in disqualification.
If people are equally ranked, the Company may select multiple Best Performers or use the overall quality and originality of submitted work as the final deciding factor.
Award decisions will be based on the disclosed selection rules and applied fairly.
Any applicable tax deductions or reporting obligations will be handled in accordance with Indian law.
Award photographs and personal details will not be published without an appropriate lawful basis or required permission.
Winner features: Winners may choose to send a photo for our winner showcase. Sending a photo is optional and is never a condition for receiving the award. How the photo will be used is explained at the time it is requested, as described in our Privacy Policy. Winners can ask for their photo to be removed at any time by emailing successsecretswithalex@gmail.com.
The Company's award decision is final, subject to applicable law.
The Challenge is provided for educational and informational purposes.
We do not guarantee that you will:
Any examples of income, career achievements, business results or student outcomes will accurately reflect the circumstances represented.
Individual results depend on multiple factors, including experience, effort, skills, resources, market demand and implementation.
You are responsible for evaluating business opportunities and making your own financial or professional decisions.
The Challenge does not constitute personalized financial, legal, investment or employment advice.
Information concerning the instructor's educational qualifications, professional experience, projects, publications and achievements will be truthful and capable of verification.
Testimonials, success stories and previous participant results reflect the experiences of the individuals concerned.
Such examples are not guarantees of equivalent results for future participants.
Where testimonials, photographs, endorsements or project examples are published, the Company will seek appropriate permissions and provide material disclosures required by applicable law.
The ₹97 Challenge is a standalone educational program.
During or after the Challenge, you may receive information about extra courses, mentorship programs, memberships or training services offered by the Company.
Purchasing an extra program is entirely optional.
Any separate program will have its own pricing, features, duration and applicable terms.
Registration for this Challenge does not automatically create a paid subscription or authorize future recurring payments.
Sessions are live only, with no recordings. Registrations are non-transferable. All sales are final, except as stated in our refund policy or where required by applicable law.
The Challenge is a scheduled, live online educational service with limited-duration access.
Please review the schedule and participation requirements before purchasing.
A change of mind, scheduling conflict, inability to attend, missed session, late attendance or failure to complete mini-projects does not create an entitlement to a refund.
You may contact customer support to inform us that you will not attend, but cancellation of attendance does not create a refund right unless one of the exceptions in this Section applies.
Your registration is personal to you and cannot be transferred, resold, assigned or given to another person.
Refunds are not provided solely for missed sessions, late attendance, incomplete mini-projects or inability to attend.
Recordings are not provided as a replacement for missed live sessions.
Verified duplicate payments, incorrect charges or payments made without successful registration will be reviewed and appropriately refunded or corrected.
If the Company cancels a batch and does not provide the purchased service or an agreed suitable replacement, affected customers will receive an appropriate refund.
You may request a refund or appropriate remedy if the purchased service is materially different from what was advertised, is not delivered, or another refund right arises under applicable law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy removes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.
Any refund request falling within one of the exceptions above should be submitted to successsecretswithalex@gmail.com with your registered email address, transaction reference and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be initiated through the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Processing time depends on the payment provider and issuing bank. The expected refund timeline will be communicated when approval is confirmed.
All original training materials, slides, videos, documents, instructional frameworks, brand assets and other educational content supplied by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company or their respective rights holders.
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use supplied materials for your own learning during the permitted access period.
Without prior written permission, you may not:
You ordinarily retain ownership of original projects you independently create, subject to third-party licenses, existing intellectual property rights and applicable tool terms.
Submitting a project does not automatically transfer ownership of that project to the Company.
The Company may collect and process information reasonably necessary for registration, payment processing, service delivery, customer support, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations.
Such information may include:
Payment information may be processed by authorized payment providers.
Training and communication services may involve third-party platforms, including Systeme.io, Razorpay, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams and relevant AI service providers.
The Company's handling of personal information is governed by its separate Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data-protection law.
You may exercise applicable privacy rights through the contact details provided in the Privacy Policy.
Marketing communications that require separate consent will be handled on that basis.
You may be introduced to software, AI platforms, cloud services and automation tools owned by third parties.
These services operate under their respective terms, pricing arrangements and privacy policies.
The Company does not control all third-party functionality, service availability, usage limits or policy changes.
You are responsible for complying with applicable third-party conditions.
You should avoid entering confidential business information, passwords, sensitive personal data or information belonging to others into AI tools unless you have appropriate authorization and safeguards.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver the scheduled training sessions.
Temporary technical interruptions may occur from internet failures, software outages, hosting problems or circumstances outside reasonable control.
If a significant interruption prevents delivery of a material part of the purchased training, the Company will assess an appropriate remedy, such as rescheduling, replacement delivery or a refund, taking applicable law into account.
The Company is not responsible for problems caused solely by your device, internet connection or unauthorized software configuration.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not responsible for indirect losses arising from your independent business, career, investment or technology decisions.
The Company does not guarantee the commercial success, accuracy, security or suitability of applications created during the Challenge.
You should independently test and validate any software, automation or AI-generated output before using it in business or production environments.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct or violations of applicable consumer-protection law.
The Company may temporarily restrict or terminate your access for serious violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, fraud or conduct that substantially disrupts the learning environment.
Where appropriate, the Company may provide notice and an opportunity to respond.
Suspension or termination does not remove consumer remedies available under applicable law.
The Company may update these Terms or make reasonable operational changes to the Challenge.
Material changes affecting purchased benefits will be communicated appropriately.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights or benefits already acquired under a completed purchase without a lawful basis.
The version accepted at the time of purchase will remain relevant to that transaction, subject to mandatory legal requirements and any properly agreed amendments.
You may contact the Company for payment issues, access problems, refund requests, privacy concerns or complaints about the training service.

The Company will acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month, or sooner where applicable law requires.
You may seek remedies through appropriate consumer-protection authorities or other lawful dispute-resolution mechanisms if a complaint remains unresolved.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.
If an issue cannot be resolved, the parties may pursue remedies before the courts, consumer commissions or other competent authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms restricts your statutory right to approach an appropriate consumer forum.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
